Complaint form
At the municipality of Newport, although we always do our best to ensure that you have no reason to complain, some things are not—or not entirely—under our control, and you may still have to file a complaint or inform us of an annoying situation where you believe certain aspects could be improved.
Here is a form for this purpose so that you can let us know.

Then, depending on your preference:
1- You can open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader, fill it out directly on your computer using the “Fill & Sign” tool, save it once completed, and email it to us. (see address at the bottom of the page)
2- You can also print the form, fill it out by hand, and mail it or bring it to the municipal office at the address below:

Upon receipt of your completed form, we will contact you, if necessary, using one of the methods you provided on the form and will follow up as appropriate.
